A C-mount adapter is an accessory that connects a digital camera to a microscope. Each adapter has its own magnification parameters and is compatible with certain cameras. The 1x magnification CMT100 is designed for sensors that are 1" and larger. The largest field of view can be achieved in combination with MAGUS cameras of the following models:

• CBF70
• CDF70
• CLM50
• CLM70
• CLM90

The camera is mounted on the adapter and then mounted in the microscope eyepiece tube. In this case, an adapter ring is put on the tube, and the adapter with an attached camera is placed in it.
