The 12.5x magnification eyepiece is used for 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 60x, and 100x objectives. The eyepiece is mounted in a 30 mm diameter tube. This model has a diopter adjustment ring to compensate for the user’s vision. This means that the eyepiece can be used with microscopes that do not have an adjustment ring on the eyepiece tube. If the microscope has such a mechanism, the focus can be adjusted either on the eyepiece or on the microscope. The 10mm eye relief makes it comfortable to observe while wearing glasses.
